Adjust Time By Hours

If your appointments appear to be time shifted, that is an 8:00 AM meeting shows up as a 12:00 PM meeting on your device, you might need to use this setting to adjust those times. First, check to make sure that your device is configured for the correct time zone setting. If your device is configured with the correct time zone and times are still shifted, check the Adjust Time By Hours setting.

From the drop down, select the number of hours to add or subtract from the times displayed on your device. Values range from -24 to 24 hours.

Example

Appointment that is scheduled for 8:00 AM shows up on device as 12:00 PM. (Adjust time by -4 hours.)

Appointment that is scheduled for 1:00 PM shows up on device as 11:00 AM. (Adjust time by 1 hours.)
