EditConfigure Device Email Client
To configure your device's email client to connect to Chronobis:
1. Have a working configuration that successfully synchronizes your appointments (or contacts or tasks) before you begin.
2. Click Synchronize "Email Server". This starts the internal Chronobis Email Server.
3. Create a new POP3 email account on your device, configure it as follows (the exact terminology differs slightly between devices):
Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: localhost:5674
User Name:
Password:
Save Password: checked
Outgoing (SMTP> mail server: localhost (Not Used Now)
Outgoing server requires authentication: unchecked (Not Used Now)
Don't require SSL
Download messages: All message
Message Format: HTML
Message Download Limit: Entire Message4. Perform Send / Receive on this new account.

Chronobis must be running in the background for this account to retrieve messages. When finished un-select Email Server and exit Chronobis.
